Addictions Support for those Justice-Involved
Description
Provides addiction related support to those who are justice involved. Ongoing treatment and support include addictions and recovery education, one on one sessions, and phone/text support is also available. This program makes contact with clients in SWDC and provides ongoing referral support and addictions support as they transition out of the facility.
